SEO Case Studies

Published work · commercially relevant SEO · clear evidence limits

An impressive SEO result is only useful when you can see what changed, how it was measured, and whether the business resembles yours. These projects are drawn from the published Pearl Lemon Group project library, with direct links to the original accounts.

We distinguish ranking movement from organic traffic, customer enquiries and revenue. A result reported in a historical company-authored case study is not an independent audit or a promise of what a new campaign will achieve.

OAL Group

Niche technical video visibility

Property management SEO

196 reported net keyword ranking gains

A London property management project reported ranking movement over fewer than three months. Ranking gains do not automatically establish an equivalent increase in instructions or recurring management contracts.

What the engagement addressed: Local service intent, technical changes, targeted page copy and improving visibility on established commercial terms.

What these examples can—and cannot—prove

Ranking coverage measures how many search terms appear in a monitored position range. Organic traffic measures visits attributed to organic search. Qualified enquiries require a reliable form, phone or CRM record and a definition of what counts as a sales opportunity. Revenue requires closed-deal evidence or a defensible attribution model.

These are different levels of evidence. For your business we would establish the current baseline, define commercially meaningful queries, and measure genuine enquiries wherever tracking and data access permit. Historic client results are illustrative and cannot predict your campaign.

How we’d evaluate your site before recommending work

  1. Identify your highest-value customers. Which services, product groups and geographies justify sustained acquisition spend?
  2. Check actual Search Console opportunity. Which existing pages earn impressions, sit within striking distance of strong rankings, or underperform on click-through rate?
  3. Inspect technical blockers. Are important pages indexable, canonicalised correctly, linked internally and fast enough on mobile?
  4. Review credibility and conversion paths. Can a prospect quickly see what you do, relevant experience, a believable next step and an accessible enquiry route?
  5. Agree a measurement standard. Distinguish traffic growth from meetings booked, qualified opportunities and revenue before scaling work.
